She assists condo hotels, fractional/residence clubs, resorts, boutique hotels and resort villas across the world. Ann is a true international executive with more than 20 years' experience, gained with the world's leading blue-chip companies to small independent organisations.
Chris Barlow specialises in turning around failing hotels by immersing himself in the problems, identifying available solutions, agreeing strategy and implementing the necessary agreed changes. With more than 20 years' experience and a proven track record, Chris is an expert in HR matters, marketing, finance, control systems, refurbishments and building development.
Doreen Boulding undertakes due diligence audits of hotel sales, marketing and e-distribution processes at times of change of ownership; ensures hotel marketing collateral is fit-for-purpose and creates sales action plans; conducts departmental audits and reviews operational practices. He and his colleague Alastair Stevenson work together, specialising in market feasibility projects and hotel development/investment appraisals supported by detailed revenue modelling, as well as marketing planning and strategy.
Katrina Craig offers end-to-end hotel and resort project direction. She co-ordinates the hotel and resort development process from initial concept through to market launch. Katrina has over 15 years' experience in both property development and hotel chain management. She is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business and INSEAD.
Carl Donnelly specialises in strategic reviews, corporate turnarounds, tourism strategies and infrastructures, and global distribution typically working for regional development agencies or private equity / corporate finance clients. experience in the hotel, on-line tourism and car rental businesses. Ewa graduated in economics and tourism
from what is nowadays the Warsaw School of Economics.
Ibrahim Koura provides consultancy services based on 40 years' experience with ITT Sheraton, Rezidor, Almullah Group and others in financial, asset and general management, and business development. He also has in-depth experience of pre-opening and provides expert witness services. Based in Brussels, he is a graduate of University in Cairo.
Duncan MacArthur

the operational and people aspects of the business. Duncan has over 30 years' experience in the

Miguel Ruano
provides advise on project development strategy and project
conceptualisation; master planning and architectural design; design, project

(timeshare, fractional, private residence, & condo-hotels). Educated at
Harvard, M.I.T. and Barcelona, he is a registered architect & planner with
20 years' international hospitality experience.

He and his colleague Frank Coan work together, specialising in market feasibility projects and hotel development/investment appraisals supported by detailed revenue modelling, as well as marketing planning and strategy.
Douglas Wignall drafts and negotiates international hotel management contracts and franchise agreements. His work includes advising clients on legal issues arising from hotel operations. With more than 25 years' experience, Douglas is expert in advising clients on operator selection and the commercial terms of hotel management agreements.
Mike Wrigley has 30 years' international hospitality industry experience in management, finance and IT. He graduated from hotel school and, for the last 15 years, he has provided hotel consulting solutions across a wide range of technology issues. Assignments include system research, start-ups, IT strategies, new-build infrastructures and project turnarounds.
Mary Sayer advises on all aspects of communication. She undertakes: web site reviews; accessibility testing; editing/creating content; designing navigation; editing/writing copy for marketing collateral (e.g. brochures, reports, presentations).
